Accepting New Clients
*Not Accepting New Clients
I believe in the inherent worth of every person. Focusing on the individualized needs of each person, I strive to provide an environment where clients feel validated, safe, and able to express themselves freely. I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. This unique dynamic can assist clients to feel fulfilled and successful in their work.
I use a collaborative approach and a variety of techniques to help us find direction for the therapeutic process. I utilize client-centered therapies such as, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), emotion-focused, and solution-focused to help clients overcome a variety of challenges. Along with my education and Master of Science degree in Clinical Social Work and practical training, I am well-versed and feel confident to help empower individuals for their unique needs. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships challenges and spirituality and faith transitions.
My professional history includes working with teens, individuals on the Autism spectrum, multicultural communities, LGBTQIA+, and people with mild to severe mental illness. I have experience working in hospital settings, intensive outpatient and outpatient facilities.
I seek to create warmth and compassion through my skills and calming personality. Clients will have opportunities to gain insight and receive support through the walk of life. It is my privilege to see you for who you truly are, in our therapeutic process. I look forward to meeting with you.
